Great class for those challenged with getting up and down from the floor or those looking to increase mobility and balance. Enjoy modified poses with a sturdy chair and other props. Slow paced, relaxing, no floor work.

With respect to our instructors time, no code will be provided to reschedule without at least 4 hours notice and you will forfeit payment.
