Service Description

Set up a private session to meet your specific goals. A free consultation to create a plan of action is included with your first session. Call us at 860-201-3967 or submit a request on our contact page to schedule.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 4 hours before your class to receive a code to reschedule for free. With respect to our instructors time, no code will be provided to reschedule without at least 4 hours notice and you will forfeit payment. Policy is subject to change, exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.
