Service Description

This is a special workshop. 3-hour practice: 90 minutes of HOT YOGA, a short break with light snack and beverage provided, and a 1-hour YIN/restorative practice. If you have an active class pass, use the contacts form on the website to request a discount code BEFORE YOU REGISTER.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 4 hours before your class to receive a code to reschedule for free. With respect to our instructors time, no code will be provided to reschedule without at least 4 hours notice and you will forfeit payment. Policy is subject to change, exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.
