Earthbound Yogi Yoga Center offers a wide variety of classes for all yoga abilities-- from just beginning to advanced. Our goal is to help our students gain vitality and further their practice. Our instructors and students welcome all skillsets to enjoy yoga together.

Wendy is registered with Yoga Alliance as an instructor and trauma-informed practices are a specialty. Wendy is also certified in meditation, reiki, ayurvedic principles, yoga nidra, kundalini and sound healing. Grounding, balance, breathwork and energy are key in every practice. Public classes and personal training sessions are available with Wendy.

Hi Everyone!
As you know, EarthBound Yogi is a full-service studio and we try to keep costs for practices low. In order to do that, sometimes we need a little help from our friends.
Donations will go toward new mats and other equipment, upgrades to studio space (salt room, infrared lighting, etc), as well as smaller items such as bottled water and bathroom supplies (feminine products, hair ties, etc).
Please, only make a donation if you can afford it. We're OK, but every little bit helps. Donations are non-refundable and are NOT tax deductible.
