"Such a lovely little yoga studio tucked away in Litchfield County. This was my first time there, and from the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, welcoming, and relaxing. The space is cozy and peaceful, and the instructor was incredibly kind and attentive. She took the time to help me focus on the areas I needed the most support with, which made the experience feel very personalized. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and excited to return. Highly recommend!"

"I’ve been attending the hot yoga classes at this studio for quite some time, and they have made a significant impact on my life. I feel stronger mentally and physically. Wendy, the instructor, takes the time to explain each pose and how it benefits the body, which makes the classes both informative and empowering. I’m incredibly grateful for the positive changes I’ve experienced and for the supportive environment this studio provides."
