Earthbound Yogi Yoga Center offers a wide variety of classes for all yoga abilities-- from just beginning to advanced. Our goal is to help our students gain vitality and further their practice. Our instructors and students welcome all skillsets to enjoy yoga together.

Wendy is registered with Yoga Alliance as an instructor and is also certified in meditation, reiki, ayurvedic principles, yoga nidra and is working toward a certificate in Qigong. Grounding, breathwork and energy are her main focuses. Group classes and personal training sessions are available with Wendy.
Joe is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor who champions mindfulness, balance and discipline. He's also a local writer and dancer. Join him on the mat to expand your yoga practice. Joe is available for public and private sessions.
