Gentle Hatha Yoga

Gentle Hatha Yoga is a slow-paced, all-levels class focused on basic postures, mindful breathing, and safe alignment. Build strength, improve mobility, and learn pose modifications to support your body, with poses usually held for 5–6 breaths.

Hip Opener

Learn how your hips work and how to ease tension. You'll move through poses and pressure points that are designed to help your hips move more easily. This can decrease pain while standing, sitting, walking, sleeping, etc.

Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga room temps are generally between 80-100 degrees and have up to 40% humidity. This practice involves standing and stretching poses held for longer periods. It's not cardio but it's intense. Bring water, a towel and your best game.

*Not recommended if you're not feeling your best, are pregnant, have heat intolerance, heart disease or another heat-sensitive condition.

Restorative

Restorative Yoga is a deeply calming practice designed to help you slow down, rest, and reset. This class features gentle movement and long-held, fully supported poses with props, combined with guided meditation, breathwork, and a soothing sound bath. Poses are held for several minutes to encourage deep relaxation, ease tension, and support nervous system balance—without effort or strain.

Slow flows and steady transitions combine to build endurance and flexibility. Change the plane of your body from vertical to horizontal through controlled movements.

Candlelight Yoga

Rest. Relax. Restore. This 90-minute session will explore slow movements and deep relaxation. The group will practice Yin poses with long holds and deep tissue stretching. Moving through restorative poses with no tension, we'll end with a guided meditation and sound bath.

Paint and Tarot

During this unique paint and sip event, you'll paint spring flowers on a canvas tote bag. Your bag will have a clear, pre drawn flower illustration, and the painting is easy and fun. All painting supplies will be provided - including a disposable apron.

Also included in the evening is a private Tarot Reading with Debbie from Cross Roads.

Bubbly water is included for sipping during this event.
