Service Description
This practice is casual and fun. It's about everything that flows: energy, fluid, breath, asanas, thoughts...practice traditional Vinyassa flows and modern transitions. There is a fair amount horizontal to vertical movement in this practice. You can move at your own speed.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 4 hours before your class to receive a code to reschedule for free. With respect to our instructors time, no code will be provided to reschedule without at least 4 hours notice and you will forfeit payment. Policy is subject to change, exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.
