We invite you to get out of your head and into your body on select Sunday evenings. Experience the perfect ending to your weekend with a blend of dynamic stretching, holding poses, and mindful breathing that encourages movement into stillness. Discover what makes you glow and reconnect with your essence in our welcoming space in Winsted.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 4 hours before your class to receive a code to reschedule for free. With respect to our instructors time, no code will be provided to reschedule without at least 4 hours notice and you will forfeit payment. Policy is subject to change, exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.
