Service Description

You'll be in one very comfortable position throughout this meditation. The instructor will guide you thru a rotation of awareness. You'll remain awake and alert but relaxed.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 4 hours before your class to receive a code to reschedule for free. With respect to our instructors time, no code will be provided to reschedule without at least 4 hours notice and you will forfeit payment. Policy is subject to change, exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.
