Hot Yoga

Service Description

Hot Yoga room temps are generally between 90-108 degrees and have up to 40% humidity. This practice involves standing and stretching poses held for longer periods. It's not cardio but it's intense. Bring water, a towel and your best game. *Not recommended if you're not feeling your best, are pregnant, have heat intolerance, heart disease or another heat-sensitive condition.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 4 hours before your class to receive a code to reschedule for free. With respect to our instructors time, no code will be provided to reschedule without at least 4 hours notice and you will forfeit payment. Policy is subject to change, exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.
