Yin is balanced and cool, a must for anyone who needs to loosen up and shorten recovery times. Poses will be held for up to 10 minutes to allow tendons, ligaments and fascia to engage.

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 4 hours before your class to receive a code to reschedule for free. With respect to our instructors time, no code will be provided to reschedule without at least 4 hours notice and you will forfeit payment.
